I'd try your local Facebook Marketplace.

Avoid CarMax and Carvana. Both companies currently want you to pay new prices for old Smarts with a bunch of miles. And Carvana has been hit with dozens of lawsuits from states and consumers for illegally failing to deliver titles and plates. Carvana itself is sort of in a death spiral, too.

yes...i had a passion(red one in my pic for ten years)....ive always liked base model vehicles, and really dont want the panoramic roof again....
