The Ohio dealers that did sell smart were in Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati. The only one I think may still sell parts is in Cincy: (513) 984-9000, but you might try the other two to be sure.

You're right about the S&H. It's best to order several things at one time

Seems like they are based in Lake Mary, FL. I got an oem cargo cover for $49.00 from them. It ended up to be $75.xx after SH ad tax. They managed to send me a wrong cargo cover (for a Mini! they said) and promptly resent the correct, very new smelling cover. Now I have a Mini cargo cover waiting for return instructions..

Yeah Rambo they did but they elemenated the Smart car service and parts
