Smart Motorwerke Walnut Creek

I got my 30k mile maintenance at Smart Motorwerke in Walnut Creek (it's part of York Motorwerke, independent Benz shop), they have excellent customer service. Much better attention than I got at SF Benz dealer. I think the price was slightly less than the dealer, with so much less hassle. I'll be returning to this WC shop for all my maintenance. I can dig up my receipt if anyone wants to know exactly what it was.

I just had my 30k mile maintenance done at Smart Motorwerke. Thanks for the recommendation CalSmartie and zette! They do have excellent customer service!

I did tell them about the recommendation from this smart forum. This site is tops for advice!

Before I left, Jeff, gave me this shirt for being a new customer! That's their smart car on the back of the shirt.

Hugo, former smart tech at smart walnut creek, and walnut creek's service advisor went over to Concord Audi when the smart dealership closed. They said they would still service smarts over there. They would not be able to offer warranty work, but would do anything outside of warranty work.

Oh I liked Hugo, I'll keep that in mind if York's p*sses me off:) Now I need front tires, at 40k miles my original ones are down to the wear marks. Where can I take my car in the East Bay? I don't want to spend money on new rims, so I guess I need the same size I had. My only issue with the original ones was they were a little noisy.
