Sorry, I believe you at the mercy of the Mercedes-Benz service department. They have to order them, by your vehicle’s vin number. They come in pairs. Then they need be program them for your car. Wil costl you, a little over $300.00, all together.

I believe one of the Smart specialty shops can reprogram your SAM at a significant cost difference from Mercedes, but you will likely need to remove the SAM to send it to them and it's still not going to be cheap.

maybe S.O.S. Diagnostics, you may have to send them your SAM to get it programmed, and possibly your ignition lock (??) worth a call to see if they can help. $300 is not too bad considering what it used to cost back 10 years ago.

Welcome to SCoA!! I hope you got a great deal on your smart since you could not even road test it. Good luck with getting keys made so you can enjoy your car.
I got it at an auto auction it said it has keys it just didn't start. when i went to pick the car up the keys were missing someone stole they and the auction told me they don't guarantee keys.
