Minneapolis area lock smith that can cut key

I bought a 2008 smart fortwo cabrio and it came without keys does anyone know someone around Minneapolis that can cut and program key.

maybe S.O.S. Diagnostics, you may have to send them your SAM to get it programmed, and possibly your ignition lock (??) worth a call to see if they can help. $300 is not too bad considering what it used to cost back 10 years ago.
