My 2015 has about 60k miles, and just recently has a misfire on start, but runs fine after. It's also from a cold start and idles just fine (and drives fine too)

Any ideas what it might be? Made an appointment for new plugs but Mercedes books over 1 month out where I live.

I would try some Marvel Mystery Oil first by putting about 4 oz. into the fuel tank and then filling it up if you do not have a CEL. Then take the car for a drive on a high speed drive for about 20 miles and hopefully this will clear your misfire.

Marvel Mystery Oil (MMO) is not expensive and can be found in many big box stores and auto parts stores.

Check the coil packs. I had one that went bad on me and caused the same issue.

60k. Have you replaced the spark plugs. Often more of an issue on a cold start than a hot start.

Last time I had a misfire on a cold start I changed the spark plugs and that resolved it. If your plugs haven't been changed in a while I'd start there first. I only use products like MMO after making sure my problem isn't something simple like plugs.
