Smarts are sold/serviced by Mercedes here and their service charges are excessive.

Is there a way to find mechanics familiar with Smarts?

If anyone know/recommend some in my area please do.

I'm on the far eastern end of Toronto. I go to a shop up in Markham who does work on all our cars. I just got my smart and have not had it to them yet but was discussing service with him and they have several customers who bring their smarts to him. For some work such as brakes I'm going to be doing myself.

Parts can be expensive through MB so after doing some research and pricing it turns out that germanparts.ca out at your end of the city have better prices on some parts vs Parts Source and NAPA.

How much is an A/B service at the markham guy? He's pretty close to me but i'm debating if the dealer price is worth it

A/B service? Brakes? I do my own so no idea. Oil changes/fluids are way lower than dealer. He will let you supply your own oil and filter and just charges the labour. Give him a call.
