I just received my replacement exhaust system under warranty from Nick at Doug Thorley. It's a very nice design with a flex pipe, all stainless steel.

I too have received my new exhaust as a replacement, for my Doug Thorley Quite Power that lasted almost one year. :D

Seeing double...

Looks like a combination between the SOLO Performance resonator and the Genius exhaust tips.
That is exactly like the Genius system Matt makes....just doesnt have the Magnaflow muffler. and Matts' welds are better looking and mounting rods are attached alot better from Matt ..But exactly the same look...cause I'm looking at mine right now ...cause I havent installed as of yet....and it is very similar ! Does this Thorley system look similar to his original design before redesigning... And wasn't the problem with the original didn't have flex pipe or I think that's what I read....is that correct ?

Doug Thorley Quite Power

Also the Quite Power version was sold and rusted out extremely quickly, in many cases less than a year. That is the reason for the most recent muffler replacement for me.

I don't think anyone is buying from these guys lately , but if you want to get a replacement muffler for a defective one all you have to do is file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and right away Nick will be giving you a call to send out a new replacement muffler. :D
