Hello all... I am new to the group, as of last Sunday (1/9). I bought a 2008 Smart Car Fortwo Cabrio a couple of months ago to travel back and forth from Pahrump to Las Vegas, and I absolutely love it! However, I ran it through a car wash over the weekend, and water was coming inside from all four corners of my roof. I'm not sure how to fix this problem, since it's my 1st convertible.

Thanks for the invite!

Welcome to the forum.
You will either have to do one of two things.
Put tape over it or replace the top.
Likely yours has done like both my smarts have done and has a shrunken top.

I did the former on my 09 till I can replace the top.
Word of warning if too much water gets into the car it can possibly short out the tcm under the drivers seat that’s under the carpet(had it happen once and not cheap)

I'll probably have to find a video, as to how to effetively tape it until I can replace the top. Thank you so much!

From Las Vegas welcome to the forum.
I have owned 08 smart convertible and currently an 09 smart convertible.

Sadly the cost of professionally replacing the convertible top on a 08 smart will more than likely exceed the value of the car.
Good luck in your endeavor.
