Under technical forum there's a section on smart mods.
I've installed cheap DIY DeDeon tube covers (Lowe's 3" atrium grate painted silver), LED lights over luggage area, changed out horn (Wolo Bad Boy), and installed LED strip over headlights that are on when key is turned on.(Courtesy of Walmart). LED assembly for luggage was self built, leds were 50/$13.00 for 12 vdc leds online.
Larger tires and wheels on the front and a cold air intake by Boesch or Smart Madness with the silicone tube.
Of course large racing stripes will make your smart faster and give it that little bit of attitude to put a smile on those big ole mean pickup owners.:burnout:
After owning 1 Smart car, a 2009 Passion Coupe, for 1 year I bought a second one (a 2009 cabrio) and now that's all that my wife and I drive.
Given that I now have two Smart cars and the warranty is about to expire on the first one at 24 K miles I am wondering whether or not it would be wise...
We think we left our wipers on and now the wry is completely dead. I connected the charger but only the Power light comes on and is not transitioning to green. Is that normal? Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have the diesel and am wondering if there is a way to get a bit more umph outta the lil engine.
Any way possible. I live in Kelowna BC Canada. I have had everything from a 4x4s, turboed vehicles and a really quick 1981 Z28 with a brutal crate motor. Last vehicle was a 71 Chevy longbox.
Can anyone help find a new smart eq Cabrio this late in the game. Any color I found a coupe I think without a moon roof I'd rather it be with but prefer a Cabrio like in Keith Edwards videos. Great videos btw.
