You may be right regarding Japan and Singapore, but the rest of asia will be looking at this car as a transportation commodity rather than a status symbol. It would need the 3 pointed star to be anything more than a commodity.Could be. But some Asians, the Japanese in particular, demand the real thing. The passers-through in Singapore can buy knock-off Rolex watches all night long, but a Singporean wouldn't be caught dead with one himself.
