Ok, first of all, the "AC" light that you see in the dash is the Check Engine Light (CEL). You need to hook the car up to an OBD2 scanner to read the code and google it. The OBD2 slot is under the dash where your right leg would be if you're in the driver's seat. Let us know what the codes are. Fuse 14 if blown might just be inconsequential. Replace it, anyway.
