Woo Hoo I hope to be ready. Suspension lift, new tires, new wheels, new leather seats. If I just could afford a turbo. DCO

Update
This year the April Fools Rally returns to the Dayton area. Lodging at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dayton South, OH. Street address is 8277 Yankee St, Dayton, OH 45458. Phone: (937) 425-7400.
[Of course, you are free to stay at another place if you desire.]
Nothing planned for Friday other than check in at the motel, meet and greet around 6:00 pm and then dinner nearby.
Saturday will be laid back; only one short drive at this point, to a local museum and scenic area. Majority of time is set aside for hanging out and schmoozing with old and new friends.

I am not going to be able to attend the April fools rally this year. I had hoped to but just not gonna be able to do it. I will be there in spirit. DCO

5:00 pm - Meet and greet
6:00 pm - dinner, location TBD
Saturday, 7 April: breakfast locally
9:00 am - depart for the Mound Science and Energy Museum, Miamisburg, Ohio

Weather forecast
Typical Ohio - winter will still be with us. Friday calls for temps in the 50s with some rain, Saturday is worse with temps in the mid-30s, chance of rain mixed with snow and Sunday looks like temps in the 40s, slight chance of rain. Plan accordingly.

Weather looks OK for Saturday, partly cloudy but no snow or rain in the forecast. Temps in the 40s.
Bring your FRS/GMRS radios if you have them. We'll be on channel 4 as usual.
Have a full gas tank when we start out.
This is a scenic drive, not a road race. We'll keep to the speed limits and other traffic laws.
Other folks have a right to the roads, so if they need to get into the caravan for some reason, please be courteous.
Bring your cameras; hopefully somebody can do some video along the drive.
