Ok I replaced the battery turned the key it cranked a couple of times sputtered a little and quit tried to start again and all it would was turn over like the battery was half dead. Recharged the battery same thing. Recharged the old battery same thing. The last thing I can try is charge both batterys connect them in parallel and see if that will turn it over at normal speed. just nobody freaks out parallel will be 12v but 2x the cranking amps.

Has the car been sitting unused for a period of time? Possibly your alternator is seized. Use a wrench to manually turn and free it up.

Not really 3 weeks maybe. How do you get a socket wrench on that nut ? there is not enough room between the frame and nut.
