Interestingly, I've been thinking about the same thing to convert it into a camper. Hopefully, we don't live close to each other.

There must be something in the air, I was thinking of doing the same thing. I am looking for a "toad" with a blown engine or transmission that would still have the towing gear still attached. (I don't ask for much, do I ?). About how much does the engine and tranny weigh anyway? Chumly
