I own a 2009 Smart Cabriolet and installed an Owl dashcam in February of this year. I've never replaced the car's battery. In fact, it never died until about a month ago and I figure the culprit is the Owl dash cam which runs constantly to monitor street activity where I park the car. Anyone else experiencing this problem? And/or have any recommendations for a way I can recharge the battery myself?

Your car is 10 years old. It is past time to replace the factory battery. In the 451, the battery is not easy to get to and you do not want to be stranded with a flat battery. My car is also a 2009 and I replace my battery every four years and I have never had an issue with a failed battery.
