You should be able to acquire that screw at your local auto parts store. Remove the screw from the other side to match.
Then - how do I drive there to match it on 3 wheels ??? :D

Seriously - MBpartsexpress.com price was $0.70
local dealer (FL) price (over the phone) $2.70
Gonna print the page and do some negotiating!

Thanks for the quick responses!!

If you are talking about the countersunk screw that secures the rotor to the hub, remove the screw from the other side of the vehicle and put the tire/wheel assembly back on your vehicle and drive to the parts store with the screw in hand as a sample. I would also suggest buying a small tube of anti-seize paste and put a dab on the screw threads before installation.
All that this screw does is hold the rotor to the hub. It won't hurt anything if it is left out. The only time you would have an issue is if the caliper mounting bracket were removed the rotor would likely fall off.
