Ten years ago, when I bought my 2009 Brabus coupe, I had the personalized plate "GEEZER" from another car on it. I wanted "BRABUS" but I found out someone in south Florida already had that plate on a Mercedes. I settled for "BRABUS 1", but was never really happy with it. I kept checking the Florida personalized plate website for almost ten years.
On Saturday, it showed that "BRABUS" was now available. When the tag office opened this morning, I was there. "BRABUS" is now assigned to my car, and it will be made and shipped to me in about 90 days. When you are old, time is all you have left, and my patience finally paid off.
