Purolator 14612 VS 14610

For those interested, the Purolator 14612 (Fram 6607) Smart OE) and 14610 (Fram 7317) have the same base, the 14610 is half an inch longer...

More oil filter, more oil filtering....

Did this on my Saturn SL for years, a 3600 instead of a 3614..

Does the "610" hand lower than the bottom of the oil sump ???

The "612" us just above it, so no damage from foreign debris

OBTW....did you ever install that radiator reservoir alarm ???

Do you happen to know how the Purolator compares to the Mobil MB-108 that I've been using?
