I'm installing aftermarket speakers in my 2013, and when I get get to the passenger door, the speaker is connected with grey/white and grey/black. I can't seem to find any wiring diagrams that show this, Is it safe to assume the grey/black is ground (-)?

I don't know that either wire is technically 'ground' - I'd expect the speaker to be driven by a differential signal, i.e. both are 'live'.

I think what you are really asking is in regards to speaker phase. The info I have shows the following for the non-premium sound system.

Left Door Speaker:
Terminal 1 = BRN/GRN at speaker = BRN/GRN at radio = '-'
Terminal 2 = GRN at speaker = GRN at radio = '+'

Right Door Speaker:
Terminal 1 = GRY/WHT at speaker = ORG/BRN at radio = '-'
Terminal 2 = GRY/BLK at speaker = ORG at radio = '+'
