Hi, I have a 2016 Smart Fortwo with a proper manual transmission. As soon as I start the car the radiator fan turns on and does not turn off. Even when I shut the car off it stays on. The only way to get it to turn off is to put the key in the start position again then shut if off. Would this be a relay issue? Also, where are the relays located? I have only been able to find the fuses.
