But if anyone is interested in renting one before buying, I have a 2013 Passion for rent over on Turo. There are no other places that rent these in Houston (That I know of) and you need about a week or so for a good test drive.

It looks like a one off thing - doubt he'll get any takers. If he had a fleet of cars and was registered as a business that would be something else.
