Brings up an interesting problem. If you can't log in, how do you let someone know?? Maybe something should be posted in the FAQ as a contact or??

I don't think the two user name ban is a software limit, because we have "banned" people starting new accounts and the software doesn't stop them. We can make his original account inactive, I think - just don't want to delete any of his earlier posts.

He asked that his 'new account' be left as he can log in on that one. Just thought we should maybe try to have something in place where someone can get in touch if their account doesn't let them log in. ( been there)

Do we have any password reset abilities or is that handled solely by the software?

I believe we can go into the user information and force a password reset ourselves.

I have done that for members in the past and it worked fine.
