SAM woes

I was removing my SAM to clean it and the bolt the red power cable connects to twisted right off! ALSO, the brown quick disconnect in the back was so corroded on one wire that the actual plastic quick disconnect snapped. Anybody have any ides on how to repair the broken bolt and where I can get a new quick disconnect to rewire? Normally I'd just head to the junk yard and pull off a new QD but there aren't any fortwo's in junkyards around here.

Edit: Starting to look like I'm going to have to buy another SAM. Do I have to program new keys if I replace the SAM?

Yes the car and keys will have to be reprogrammed to the new Sam using a MB star machine or a compatible clone $$$
Good Luck
