I was thinking of doing seafoam but not sure when exactly does the white pillowy smoke will blast out of the exhaust. Don't really want to stand in front of the exhaust while seafoaming.

Anyone here attempted on the smart and whether it made any noticeable difference?

Can't you add small amounts of it to every other tank and allow it to work that way?
I have a buddy ho swears by the stuff. I have a diesel 450 and use some deisel conditioner similar and it has allowed the little Smart to achieve 80 MPGs when driven sanely! We used to drown our carbs way way back in the day, but now a days it's simply added to the tank from what I have seen. I never used to think much of these mechanic in a can, just snake oil type crap, but after getting 80 MPGs, I'm almost sold...lol.
IF you simply add it to the gas tank it won't smoke..imho.
I add 48ml to a tank...no more.
