I just bought a Smart and no we my local dealer is closing and Mercedes says it won't service it. I live in OKC and dont know what to do? I've wanted one since I first saw one in Germany in 2000! I'm very sad.
What year and model do you have? Unless you have an electric drive model, it's just a car that shares similar principles with every other gasoline car on the road, so finding a shop to service it should not be a problem. The caveat to this is if there is still a factory warranty, and there you will have to decide whether it is worth it to get to a MB dealer for that work versus just getting the problem fixed another way.
Seems like you'll still be able to get service. Maybe need a drive to the Tulsa service. (My selling dealer is in Laguna Niguel, and took me a good hour or more to get there when I had it serviced there).
