Setting clock in 2018 Electric Smart for Two

I tried to change the time on the radio display as indicated in settings but when I get to the Clock part, the change the time box does not light up and thus I don't get anywhere. Anyone help?

I did that. When I go into Clock, there are two buttons. Set Format and Set Time. Only Set Format is highlighted. I can go in there and do that. Then when I try to set the time in Set Time, that button is not highlighted and you cannot push it. Any hints?
