After a few weeks in the shop: HEY ROBERT, MATT FROM KEELER MERCEDES, YOUR SMART CAR NEEDS SOME WIRE REPAIR AT CIRCUIT 30 , BASICALLY A CHAFE WIRE FROM BATTERY TO CHARGING SYSTEM MODULE. YOUR LOOKING AT
AROUND 372.00 PLUS TAX

I also had them do the Desiccant Filter $122.00 Installed.
I could have done the filer for $60.00. I figured since it was there may as well.
