That was what I was able to read on my dusty car one day below the license plate. Found out my ED was one of 25 or so silver Smart ED's from a failed project in Las Vegas, NV to share Teslas, Volts, and Smarts with hip young people to get around town in instead owning a personal vehicle. Program never got out of Beta and went bust. A used car dealer in Dallas apparently bought all the Smarts and sold them off on eBay where I found mine.
