I can't change my clock setting in smart car 453 tomtom

Any ideas?

And i lost the smart sd card...any idea what can i do? Can i update the system using a normal usb?

I’m not sure about this specific model, but most have a setting somewhere else that either uses signals from GPS satellites (or WiFi) to automatically adjust the clock, or use the the clock in the head unit. Have a look around to see if you can find where to toggle that selector.
