This is what I get on my Smart Cross Connect now. Thought I needed to maybe update the App, but it is nowhere to be found in the Apple App Store anymore. I’d still like to use this App on my 2017 Smart, so I’m wondering what my options are?

Typically in situations such as this, reverse engineer, write code, and deploy yourself. Sadly, it is a non-trivial process most of the time.
