There certainly shouldn't be an issue with emissions certification. Interesting that they state that this car has a 100 mile range. I think something like this would help to boost smart's image and bring people into the showrooms of the few remaining smart Centers.

Would buy! A 22 kwh battery with a bit more than twice the maximum discharge rate of that in the 451 ED - so it probably charges quite fast as well. What's not to love?

Some detuned form of this should have been the base 453.

It could probably strike a pretty good niche. The BMW i3 sells in that neighborhood, doesn't really have convenient back seating, and accelerates a lot more slowly than that at near that range.

My son and I saw one at a smart event, I forget where. I think it was around $40k. You're not kicking yourself hard enough my friend!!!
