As I'm in the US I cannot advise about legality of towing with a forfour. Unfortunately, we never got the cool little cars.

$800 bucks for that trailer hitch! Looks like it way too close to the rear bumper too. See some bumper cover damage in the future.

Sarah, your best bet, is to head over to a trailer hitch broker, over there. They might have something in stock. For the forfour. A lot of the hitch sellers, can custom make something for you too.
