You might get to buy it back really cheap. My daughter totaled her car a couple of years ago and I got the car back for very little then sold the whole thing for more which help pay for her next car. But if only the control arms and struts are damaged I would fix it. If it bent the frame, it is toast. If you can put up with parting it out, you might get some of your value back.
