Smart repair shops in Portland Oregon area

I have a 2008 smart passion with 85,000 miles on it - I am looking for a Shop in the Portland Oregon area to flush fluids and do a tune up on my car - Has anybody used any other shops other than the dealer in downtown Portland - Thank you
