My Smart kissed a car on March 23. My dealership here in Bedford Ohio indicates that it received authorization to fix on April 6th. We are now three weeks post approval and we still do not have parts. Collision shop says there is nothing they can do. Mercedes parts shop says they've placed the order on April 6th. Anyone have any suggestions on how to try and find out how in 2010 we have a very un-Smart supply chain for parts for Smartcars? Is there a Smartcar email address, phone number or contact name to see how to get parts from the supplier, to the dealer, to the collision shop? Signed -- Frustrated in Cleveland.
