Well, it's not in the 453 forum.
Seems like the 453 forum should be discussing smart dropping the 453 gas models.

... the whole thing has been in the "Recent Discussions" pane to the right for nearly a week it seems.... not sure why you were looking that hard to find one.

Were you to ever browse this forum on your smart phone you would not see "Recent Discussions" appear.

You mean actually just using Chrome or what have you, and navigating here to the SCoA forum? Yes... i've done so NUMEROUS times. And no, it does not have any sort of dedicated "Recent Discussions" pane. But it DOES have the same "Active Topics" page that you can find when browsing on your desktop, which is essentially the same thing as the recent discussions, just with a few extra threads mixed in that aren't in the more imperative subforum topics.

Your question was already answered? :shrug:
The petrol 453 was dropped in favour of the ED. Therefore since it involves two different trims of the fortwo and has a potential impact on every single smart owner in North America regardless of the model they drive, General Discussion is the most fitting location.
Judgement call - seems like it is of interest to the entire SCoA community.
There is a very active thread with over 9,000 views.

No.... it was actually 100% relevant to the discussion. You keep asking why there is no active discussion about the gas 453's being dropped later this year. Whether or not there's an active thread in the 453 model discussion.... THAT is what is irrelevant. Why? Because if there was one here, it probably would just get merged with the more active one. A few of us, myself included, were just pointing you to where you could have found said active thread in seconds, instead of searching for it for a while, and posting a thread asking where it is.
