is power steering and steering assist the same thing? Maybe Euro doesn't call it power steeing...only us Americans

I thought I had power assist because it steers so easily then after looking in Evilution about how to tell if you do or not based on the steering wheel position, I find out I don't

On the 451 models, if you have power steering, the icon will light up in the right side cluster when the key is turned to #1 positon.

if you mean the round symbol with an exclamation mark beside it then I have power steering and the Evilution confirms it too.

That's the power steering icon. Top icon in the right hand cluster above the CEL icon.
