I went into it thinking it was nothing but a gimmick. For 25 bucks (ok, even for 65 bucks) I think it is a great mod. I would do it again in a heartbeat.I’m waiting to see if there are any con’s to this product

I still have not hit the challenging twisty roads that I will blaze through this driving season, but my daily driving has been so much more pleasant. When it's time to hit the Tail of the Dragon again I feel I will have adjusted to any handling difference or I would just pull the buffers for the weekend. So I see no harmful side effects to this point. I installed them the day this thread started.I’m waiting to see if there are any con’s to this product
A front harshness reduction is what my initial desire was, and the springIs the consensus to put them on the front, rear, or both?
I volunteer to go without any twist ties to secure my gummies. I'm betting they aren't necessary. What methods are best to secure them?
I did not use anything to hold them in place will check if they moved any in a few more days.I volunteer to go without any twist ties to secure my gummies. I'm betting they aren't necessary.
Per "Little Big Supply" center them on the front spring. I have not discussed putting them on the rear spring except that a Smart pictured reports using them also on the rear spring.those go mid-way or the top in the springs? View attachment 73335
I wanted to try some on the rear and ordered from Rubbershox. They cancelled my order due to being out of stock so I ordered the blue plus D size and will see how that works out. They said they will fit and the hardness seems to somewhat overlap.Searching ebay for size "D" RubberShox, I found only blue/plus (5000-6000lbs), black/pro (5500-6,500lbs), and green/super (6000-7000). Red or orange (the softest at 4,500-5,500lbs) didn't come up in several different searches. I didn't actually try to order direct, but it seems they are out of stock.
I found this
The smallest size was 3-3.5" diameter. Not sure if this would work as the size doesn't match but might overlap. The website indicates that they can make (pour) custom spacers. These are stated to be for racing applications which may mean that they are too harsh for street use or maybe it,s legalese to limit liability.High Performance Automotive Parts, Racing Coil Spring Rubbers
