I’ve got a 2009 Smart Fortwo Passion Cabriolet with just over 45,000 miles on it, and several months ago the tailgate stopped working. That night, it worked again, but the next day it stopped and hasn’t worked since. I’ve lived with it for long enough, I want my working tailgate back. Is this a common problem? How do I fix it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
