Well Killer Tomato is off to live in San Diego with my son and daughter-in-law. After almost 9 years of flawless service, we have parted ways. Last year I bought a 2010 Vette and a 2017 Ram Rebel 1500. Haven't been paying much attention to the smart. Offered it to the kids, perfect car for So.Cal. Cost them about $1000 to ship, not bad for a 2009 with 50,000 miles. I'm trying to get them to join SCOA, and I'll probably be signing out soon. It's been a kick, Take care. Oh, yeah, still waiting on my Elio ;-)......

Hey, just because you don't have a smart is no reason to leave the forums. Thanks for pointing the kids in our direction. :)

I agree. With your experience in owning and operating a Smart, you could help others.

There are sections of the forum where it covers other things than the Smart.

I, too, thought it was "the end of an era" when I sold my much-beloved 2008 451.

Now I'm on my third smart, which is certainly my last one. (Maybe.)

The end of an era, LOL. Let's wait and see.
