We did receive some bad news today. It seems BMS isn't doing track laps this year on Thursday. :crying:

That said, there still will be lunch provided at SC Knoxville. Probably a noon or 1pm eat. :D

Can we do lunch if we are NOT running ???
Absolutely. The lunch will be open to all smarts. :D

Is there anything else to do in the Knoxville area in the morning?
Wallace you may want to get with Terri over on face book on that. She's local to Knoxville. That said... and it may be a drive... but if you have time and haven't been to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville it's fantastic.

Biltmore Estate is 2 1/2 hrs away?

I did find a railroad museum about 20 min away?

I like choo-choo's? anybody else?

Never Mind. They aren't open on Thurs. Only Sat.
(and they are a kinda small museum?)

Bryson City? Cute little city, we have gone nearly every OTD weekend.

Couple years ago they had some touring steam engines in, really cool.

Anybody have any strong feelings about the ZOO?

We could sleep in til 8:30.

Have breakfast

Tour the Zoo til noon

And still be at SC Knoxville by 12:30?

Years ago we visited the elephants at the Knoxville zoo and bought two paintings done by the elephants which gave them something to do and helped pay for their upkeep. They were framed and hung in our bedroom until we remodeled and they now hang in our son's home.
