I unplugged the tpms module and the light stays on and you can’t get it off so plugged back in and reset it and drove a while and it came back on I guess it’s the module
Maybe one of the sensors has a bad battery. Might need to replace it... or maybe all.

453 is EASY.
First, get your tire pressures right at where you want them. (the 453 TPMS goes off with just 2 psi off the reset reference)
Then on the steering wheel, hit the ^ (above the OK).
On the instrument cluster, the top bar to the right is the default; scrolling up gets you to the bottom bar to the right (screen) and this says 'Reset Settings'.
Scroll to 'Tire Pressure Monitoring System'; Reset Values 'Yes', OK, then you are done.

Second bar down is your current trip info, Third bar down I use to track 'tank' mileage.
So besides the default first screen trip odometer, you can get in the habit of resetting the third screen down on fillup.
Thanks for this info... I never got a manual with my Car, so I've just been "dancin' in the Dark" with it so far...
