With ScanGuage II my Smarts fans kick on at 213 degrees consistently. My normal running temps are 184 to 195 degrees.

With the a/c off traveling over a long distance with the engine totally heat soaked mine settles in at a rock sold 188.6°F while moving. When stopped at a stoplight it will fluctuate up to 195°F
The fan kicks on at 212-213°F
