I was wondering how many views it would take before someone asked, over 100 views , not many drag racers here I guess. It ran 11.55 @123 mph leaving on no boost, lousy 60' times , it will be faster next year but pretty good for the fist time to the track. Ran straight as an arrow ,was very pleased with the handling at speed.

What's back there in the engine compartment?

Very nice. I see the plates. Is it still street driven too?

I was hoping to see the video, but doesn’t show for me. Just get a “broken link” type gif.

Link to video is broken for me too. What is that gleaming through at the bottom on the picture, a huge intercooler?

2.0 turbo ecotec with a larger turbo, still daily street driven , not a gutted race car. I had a full thread on here but the photobucket scam destroyed it. I did not post a video link? I do have one video but its not that great leaving on no boost,I'll see if I can post it. That is a large heat exchanger for the liquid intercooler out back.

Looks like a blast. Takes a bit to find that sweet spot for takeoff. I remember first run I did with my PT GT. I spun all of first, most of 2nd and chirped into 3rd. It was heavy and had loads of torque. Fastest time I got with it was 14.81 in 1/4.

I do have a huge build thread here but it is totally useless because of photobucket deleting mine and everyone's photos .

There's a browser add in that changes the way the requests to photobucket are made and allows the photos to be displayed - I have that and it was working recently so if that build thread is here, I'll go and take a look.

Thanks.

Awesome! You're trapping 127, so about 320-340 HP? Are you still able to street drive it? How much did weight distribution change and do you pop wheelies when you get on it hard on street tires?
