Any dealer can do the VIN stickers, they just have to know about it ahead of time. My car originally came from Millwaukee and the upgrades were done in Bloomington (MN) with no problems. I can't say my milage increased as it could be due to gas, temeratures, or just being broke in but it has increased for whatever reason and I tend to drive like a madman. I think I need that cruise control before I get as ticket. this thing likes to cruise at 73MPH.....
