Neither with the key fob or with the manual touch above the rear license plate. I still hear the sound, but the glass window just doesn't pop out as it used to. Any ideas?

Have you tried having someone push the glass from the inside as you unlock the hatch? Just a thought...

I tried that and nothing different happens. There used to be a "snap" at the beginning, which is gone now. Just the second half of the sound is there. Not sure what's happening 😭

Your latch actuator most like needs to be replace.
