Important notice:

A 30% tax credit - up to $1000 dollars - for domestic EVSE (charging station) installations is still available for tax year 2016. The credit can be claimed for installations going one year back - to January 1, 2015.

The IRS form to claim this is Form 8911 - although the 2016 edition is not out yet.

PS... the way I think things will go on the 8th of next month, there will probably be no more extensions after tax year 2016...

By what I see around Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio I would say your argument holds some merit. My guess would be that I have seen more Clipper Creek EVSEs than all others combined. Then again, price could play a factor in that too. My home charger is a Clipper Creek and it works great.

My point of starting this thread was that important news about this tax break was hidden in a bumped thread about Clipper Creek EVSE's but in an apparent act of harassment, someone starts on then in this thread.
