I have been accessing the "VHP" at least monthly via the evAccess android app... until last week or two.

After searching and finding http://mybclass.mbusa.com and logging in, it gave me new terms and viola, my evAccess started working.


ANYBODY know the site for the smartED Vehicle Home Page ?

I found the same thing. The EVAccess app all of a sudden stopped working and on a whim, I decided to log into the vehicle homepage before asking here if anyone else had the same problem. Like you, once I accepted the new terms, the EVAccess app started working again.

As I think I mentioned in the other thread, when I retired I had to return my work iPhone and I went with an android phone instead. Logging into the homepage with Chrome, a popup asked me to add the vehicle homepage to the homescreen, which I never had seen before. This method offers a lot more information and I really like the vehicle locator function.
