Check the car websites auto trader cars.com etc. there are private party listings on there, and smart did not import any 2018 gas models to the US only 2016 and a few 2017 models.

I looked online and basically got an estimate of $1500-$1600 California to New Jersey. Or
Fly out inspect the car if it's everything you're looking for negotiate with the owner and drive it home.
When it comes to a smart. An original
one owner 453 ICE with less than 30,000 miles and possibly warranty left over it is worth its weight in gold.
